Meaning: the forest fire risk is on the level-3, a moderate forest fire threat , the  burnable in a  forest is relatively easy to ignite a forest fire.

                       b)  Forest Fire Danger Warning  Orange Signal

                            Icon: 

Meaning: the forest fire  risk is on the level-4, a high forest fire threat ,  the  burnable in a  forest is very easy to  ignite a fast-spreading forest fire.

                       c）Forest Fire Danger Warning  Red Signal

                             Icon: 

Meaning: the  forest fire risk is on the level-5, a very high  forest fire threat ,  the  burnable in a  forest is extremely easy to  ignite a  very fast-spreading forest fire.
