As reported by Guangdong Meteorological Service,this year’s No. 16 typhoon “Bebinca” has gradually moved away from Guangdong, and the influence it brings is going to disappear. Prevention Headquarters of Flood, Drought, and Typhoon of Guangdong has called an end to the Level IV emergency responses to flood prevention and wind prevention at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on August 16 respectively; the ProvincialEmergency Office for Major Meteorological Disastershas ended the Level III emergency responses to meteorological disaster (rainstorm) and meteorological disaster (typhoon) at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on August 16 respectively; and Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs ended the Level IV emergency response to disaster relief at a provincial level at 3:00 p.m. on August 17.
